CNC Machining Center (CNC)
CNC (CNC Machining Center) has the advantages of strong adaptability, high machining accuracy, stable machining quality and high production efficiency. Hesheng is currently equipped with more than 200 CNC equipment in Guangdong and Anhui, and the scale is still expanding.
Cold Metal Transition Welding (CMT)
CMT process is a MIG/MAG welding technology with a new transition form of molten droplets. It directly connects wire feeding and welding process control, helps the welding wire to separate from the molten droplets, realizes the excessive molten droplets under the almost current-free state, makes the whole welding process cycle in the alternation of "cold" and "hot", and realizes low heat input and spatter-free transition welding with uniform melting depth, weld forming beautiful. The weld strength can reach 60-65% of the base metal.
Friction stir welding (FSW)
FSW process means that aluminum alloy is fused together by high pressure and stirring under the action of friction heat generation of rotary welding joint to realize solid phase connection of products and obtain uniform grain structure. FSW welding method reduces production cost, improves production efficiency, basically eliminates defects such as deformation after welding of parts, has low residual stress, small deformation amount, good surface formation, and welding strength can reach 70-75% of base metal.
Hot melt self-tapping riveting (FDS)
FDS hot melt self-tapping riveting technology is a process that uses high-speed rotation of screws to soften connecting parts, increase pressure to penetrate the base metal and make threads on the base metal and finally tighten by self-tapping. The base metal at the center hole is extruded and a sleeve with a ring prize is formed at the bottom of the lower plate, and finally a threaded connection is formed between the plate and the screw.
Visual Inspection (CCD)
Through the visual inspection (CCD) process, it can effectively detect whether there are wrong or missing screws or rivets in complex structural integrated products (such as battery trays, etc.), effectively ensuring the quality of shipped products.
Air tightness inspection
Hesheng shares have helium inspection, nitrogen and hydrogen testing and other advanced airtight testing equipment to ensure that products meet the requirements of high airtight quality.
